When you live in a cluttered, busy home, Christmas and the whole month of December can feel so overwhelming.  So many commitments, places to be, presents to buy, cards to write, dwindling bank accounts, so much noise, rush and stress.... and where's that sellotape and how am I going to feed everyone, not to mention fit normal every day life in too?!

There is another way. Less overwhelm. Less stress. Tiny steps at a time.

You will get a daily email each morning with a tiny 5 minute task to complete. Each task has been designed to reduce your overwhelm, make you feel motivated and productive and to support you to get through December.  Theres a private facebook group just for participants so you can get free advice, support and show your results - plus keep you accountable and moving forward.

This is NOT a whole house declutter. This about ways to reduce the overwhelm of Christmas and take little steps to make life easier, not just in December but for the year ahead too.
